eu777 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Definitions § 01

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the eu777 website accessible at eu777.ws, including all sub-pages, casino game environments, sports betting interfaces, account management areas, and any associated mobile-optimised versions.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the eu777 Platform, through which real-money wagering activity is conducted.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the eu777 Platform and is accessing the Platform for any purpose.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their eu777 Account in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on qualifying games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which eu777 confirms a Player's identity, age, and address in compliance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Licence" means the international gaming licence under which eu777 operates, the details of which are available via the eu777 support team or the About Us page.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary account currency used on the eu777 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms § 02

By registering an Account with eu777, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

eu777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect on the date specified in the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

3. Eligibility & Registration § 03

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with eu777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party, nor will you allow any third party to use your Account.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by eu777 for breach of these Terms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to notify eu777 promptly of any changes to your registered information.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or agent of eu777 or any of its affiliated or related companies.

Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any funds held in a duplicate Account may be forfeited. eu777 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory on all eu777 Accounts. eu777 will request government-issued identification documents and proof of address before processing any withdrawal. eu777 may request KYC documents at registration, prior to first deposit, or at any point during an Account's lifetime. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by eu777 may result in Account restriction.

4. Account Security § 04

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eu777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. eu777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

• You must notify eu777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• eu777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security.
• eu777 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Sharing your Account credentials with a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals § 05

eu777 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each payment method are displayed within the eu777 Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your eu777 Account balance within minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to credit, subject to banking processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC.
• eu777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner.
• eu777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which eu777 is not responsible.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers § 06

eu777 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of opt-in and to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where specified, KYC verification.
• eu777 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including Players who have a history of bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will be forfeited without notice.
• eu777 may offer promotions specifically tied to Pakistani cricket events, PSL fixtures, or other locally relevant sporting events. Such promotions are subject to the same general rules.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games or betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Use of Bonus Funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• eu777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules § 07

All bets placed on the eu777 sports betting platform and all real-money wagers on eu777 casino games are subject to the specific game and market rules displayed within the Platform, in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. eu777 does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except where specifically allowed by the applicable game or market rules.
• eu777 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. eu777 is not liable for any loss arising from the suspension of a live market during a bet placement attempt.
• eu777 casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG integrity of all eu777 casino games is subject to independent audit under the requirements of our international gaming licence.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all eu777 slot titles are available within the game information panel of each title.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all eu777 casino games and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface.

8. Prohibited Conduct § 08

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eu777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, Account termination, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the eu777 Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not the result of manual human action.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the eu777 Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploit are void and will be forfeited.
• Using or attempting to use fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment credentials, or funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during the Account relationship.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that eu777 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.

9. Intellectual Property § 09

All content on the eu777 Platform — including but not limited to the eu777 brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, written content, and interface design — is the property of eu777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the eu777 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the eu777 Platform without prior written permission from eu777.

10. Privacy & Data § 10

eu777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at eu777.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that eu777 will process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing (where separately consented to).

eu777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil regulatory obligations, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

11. Responsible Gaming § 11

eu777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR loss thresholds. Wagering is halted automatically when your limit is reached for the specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the eu777 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team without delay and without requiring justification from the Player.

12. Limitation of Liability § 12

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eu777's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• eu777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• eu777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability, including planned maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• eu777 shall not be liable for losses arising from Force Majeure events — including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures — that are outside eu777's reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits eu777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13. Amendments to These Terms § 13

eu777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to the address registered on the Account. The amended Terms will specify their effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you object to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact eu777 support to request Account closure. eu777 will return your Real Money Balance to you via your registered payment method upon Account closure, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Severability § 14

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The parties shall use reasonable endeavours to agree a replacement provision that is valid, enforceable, and as closely as possible reflects the commercial intention of the original provision.

15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution § 15

eu777 aims to resolve all Player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the eu777 Platform, you should follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact eu777 support via the live chat facility available on the Platform, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2 — Email Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved via live chat to your satisfaction, you may escalate it in writing to [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a description of the complaint, and any relevant transaction references.
• Step 3 — Formal Review: Complex complaints will be reviewed by eu777's compliance team. A formal response will be provided within ten (10) business days of the escalation being received in writing.
• Step 4 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after eu777's formal review, you may escalate your complaint to the regulatory body that issued eu777's international gaming licence. Details of the relevant reg ulatory body are available on the eu777 About Us page.

16. Governing Law § 16

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eu777 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the eu777 Platform, without prejudice to eu777's right to seek injunctive or other relief in any jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
